  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not qualify for a full refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software and digital products.
  • Items that have been used or altered.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

  • Once your request is received and approved, we will notify you of the next steps, including any requirements for returning the item.

4. Refund Processing

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days, and the amount will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
