- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not qualify for a full refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software and digital products.
- Items that have been used or altered.
3. Process for Requesting a Refund

- Once your request is received and approved, we will notify you of the next steps, including any requirements for returning the item.
4. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days, and the amount will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
5. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return was due to our mistake.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
