At "Wholesale & Pallets," we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help with our straightforward return policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, and digital downloads, are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@wholesalepallets.co.uk with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item, including the return address and any applicable return authorization.
3. Return Shipping
- You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at exchanges@wholesalepallets.co.uk.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods such as food and flowers.
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software and digital products.
- Items that have been used or altered.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@wholesalepallets.co.uk with details and photos of the damage.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of our approval, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
